Khichuri

  • 18 Ingredients
  • 30 Minutes

Step 1 & Ingredients

Add 6 Cup of water to pan

  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Moongdal Washed
  • 2 Tbsp Toor Dal Washed
  • 2 Tbsp Masoor Dal Washed
  • 2 Bay Leaves Full
  • 1 Chilli

Cook until soft(20-25min)

Step 2 & Ingredients

Add 1/2 Tbsp Cooking Oil

  • 1/2 Tbsp Cumin
  • Big Pinch - Mustard seed
  • 2 Dry Red Chili
  • 1 Onion - Medium Tiny Sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger & garlic Chopped
  • 2 Green Chili Chopped

Saute until brown

  • 1 Tomato - Medium Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garam Masala

Add 1 Cup of water cook for 1 min low heat and add all above mention cooked item add 2 1/2 Cup cooked Brown Rice or Rajmudi Red Rice and mix it well. Lastly add green chili and chopped coriander.

Instant Dhokla

  • 15 Ingredients
  • 30 Minutes

Step 1 & Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Bessan
  • 1/4 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TbspChili Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Curd
  • 1/2 Cup Water

(Mix it well)

  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1.5 Tbsp Eno Fruit Salt

Mix it well like idli batter. Place it on idli maker cook 20min in low heat.

Step 2 & Ingredients

Take a pan put oil

  • 1 Tbsp Musterseeds
  • Chilli - Curry Leaves
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
  • Half Lemon Juice
  • Coriander

Lastly spread all fry items on the dhokla pieces.

Chana Chaat

Step 1 & Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Chana - Soaked and Boiled
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chat Masala
  • 2 Tbsp Green Chutney
  • 2 Tbsp Tamarind Chutney
  • 1/4 Tbsp Salt

(Mix it well)

Step 2 & Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Onion Finely Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Finely Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Cucumber Finely Chopped
  • 3 Tbsp Potato Cubed
  • 1 Tbsp Green chilli Finely Chopped

Mix it well like idli batter. Place it on idli maker cook 20min in low heat.


For Garnish
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander - Chopped
